Data Deletion Request

AION allows users to request deletion of their data at any time. Follow the steps below to submit a request.
1. How to Request Deletion
- Email us at info@aion-io.com.
- Include your account email and Instagram username.
- Tell us that you want your data deleted.
Users may also disconnect their Instagram account from the application to immediately stop data processing.
2. What Data Is Deleted
- Messages and conversation history.
- Comments, replies, and interaction records.
- Connected account data and access tokens.
- Automation settings and templates.
3. Processing Time
We verify each request and complete deletion within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation email when the process is complete.
